This weekend the team loaded up 11 of our horses and headed to Aiken, SC! I personally had four competing with FE Ophelia in the Advanced, FE Stiff Upper Lip (Sonny) and FE Schoensgreen Hanna in the Prelim, and FE Coldplay (Ceaser) running Training. Stable View is one of my favorite events to attend, so I was really looking forward to get out there with this group of horses! Ophelia put out another stellar dressage test scoring a 26.3 and only added some cross country time to her score ending her in fourth place. Sonny and Hanna both had solid weekends finishing consecutively seventh and eighth also adding just time to their dressage scores. Our future superstar Ceaser stepped up to the plate to secure tenth place in a 32 horse division! At just five years-old, I am looking forward to producing this horse to the top levels! My students had a very educational weekend getting to focus more on the details and making improvements with each of their horses.
Next trip we make is with FE Ophelia to run the Fair Hill International CCI***. Looking forward to getting a qualifying run in with this mare!
